Support Referral

Making Referrals – Quick and Simple


At AM Support Ltd, we aim to make it as easy as possible to get the right support in place—quickly and effectively.

We aim to respond to all referral enquiries within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a referral to AM Support.

Funding Agreement

Before submitting a referral form, please ensure you have obtained approval from the appropriate person within your organisation who is authorised to agree to funding.

By submitting the referral and agreeing to a start date, you are confirming that funding is in place for the support requested.

Session Availability

Availability is subject to change. Dates and times offered are only valid at the time of communication. A session or package is only secured once the referring professional confirms acceptance of the offer.

Reporting

Basic report writing is included within the hourly rate. If a specific format is required, please inform the mentor during the introductory phase.

For court-level or child protection-level reports, an additional 1 hour will be invoiced per report to cover the required detail and administration.

Fees and Charges

• Our standard rate is for 1:1 mentoring, plus mileage (charged at 45p per mile) and any additional educational activity costs. Please contact for rate of mentoring.

• Additional charges apply for small group sessions—please enquire for more details.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancelled or rescheduled sessions. If sufficient notice is not given, the session will still be charged in full.

Working Hours

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

If you require support outside of these hours, please contact us directly to discuss availability and any additional charges.

Payments

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
